Our Story
SupportForge was born from a simple frustration: every ticket felt like starting over. A user would call in, and we'd have no idea if they were a power user or someone who needed extra patience. We'd waste time asking questions they'd already answered in previous tickets. We'd miss patterns that could have prevented the issue entirely.
After years of working with enterprise IT departments and running MSP operations, we knew there had to be a better way. What if every technician could instantly know who they were talking to? What if the system learned from every interaction and surfaced that knowledge at exactly the right moment?
That's the vision behind Persona Lens and SupportForge. We're not trying to replace technicians with AI. We're giving them the context and insights they need to deliver exceptional support from the very first interaction.
